2022 Lighted Holiday Golf Cart Parade

Help light the parade route for Santa as he arrives at Saengerfest Park to illuminate the Official City of Galveston Christmas Tree
Join us November 26, 2022, for a fun-filled holiday celebration. Kick the evening off by riding in our Lighted Holiday Golf Cart Parade. Decorate your golf cart in holiday cheer & lights to help guide Santa through the streets of Downtown Galveston as he makes his way to Saengerfest Park to light the Official City of Galveston Christmas Tree. (Registration & parade fees are required, please see below)
Continue the celebration by joining Downtown Galveston galleries and merchants for the last Art Walk event of 2022. While you stroll through the shops, make sure to grab a map to our annual Christmas Tree Decorating Contest. The contest enables shoppers to admire an array of decorated trees and to vote on their favorites.
Parade registration/check-in will begin on November 26th at 5:00pm at Ha.Ba's Clothing Store or register early online at www.postofficedistrict.com. Lineup for the parade will begin at 5:00pm in the parking lot located at 24th and Postoffice St., parade will begin at 6:00pm. There will be a $25 non-refundable registration fee for the Parade. All proceeds made from registration fees will benefit The Historic Downtown Partnership. Looking for parking? Paid parking can be found at 19th St. and Postoffice Street.
